Some leaders have loudly questions to the AK fear of increased absenteeism of their employees and therefore send them for vaccination. The Legal position is clear: This is not to the employer, because that would be an interference with the privacy rights of individuals. That was not welcome, say the AK-lawyers. "Even vaccination campaigns in the workplace may increase the pressure of business on the employee," said AK-labor law expert Wolfgang Bacher.
